01 / FIELD NOTE
Start with the decision.
Before asking AI to create anything, name the decision that the work must support. Is the team choosing a campaign direction, deciding who owns an issue, or preparing a difficult conversation? A decision gives the work a boundary and a useful definition of done.
02 / FIELD NOTE
Give it the context only you know.
AI can produce a first pass quickly. It cannot know the history behind a client relationship, the trade-off a leader has already made, or the constraint that must remain true. Add those facts before the prompt, then ask for a practical draft rather than a final answer.
03 / FIELD NOTE
Keep one human question open.
The best workflow ends by asking what needs judgement next. That question is where a team moves from generated text to responsible action.
KEEP MOVING
Start with one
useful move.
Choose a free workflow, bring the context only your team knows, and use the result as a stronger first draft.
